Meredith, Michael and Colton were absolutely amazing! After traveling all day to get back home to the valley we got a flat tire a mile from the Flagstaff Sam’s Club, they went above and beyond in helping us get back on the road to travel back home to the valley. They honored our warranty with them! Thank you so very much!!!

Sam’s tire and battery department is excellent. I’ve purchased many tires and several batteries from them and have always received excellent products and service. They take the time to explain their products and their recommendations. I’ve used their free flat tire repair service several times and have always felt confident getting back on the road with my repaired tires. As a mom who generally has multiple children in the car with me, I trust Sam’s tire and battery department to keep us safe on the road.

The angels who work in Tire and Battery saved a whole weekend trip! Discount tire had a 3 hour wait - Sam’s Club had us in and out in about 30 minutes. Wonderful experience as always. Meredith is also a pleasure and runs that section like a well-oiled machine.

Memorial Day weekend, we were faced with an issue with our tires and everyone else was closed. We arrived at Sam’s and were met by a very kind lady, Meredith, and her staff, who were more than happy to help and did not appear frustrated having to work the holiday. They were able to help solve my problem and diagnose my issue. She was even kind enough to give me a voucher for a hot dog combo while I waited. I was very pleased with the customer service and the speed with which her team finished my job.
